Learn how it’s done: Send us questions for the best in the world

By GovInsider

How do Singapore, Estonia and New Zealand deliver innovative services? Send us your questions and find out.

How do the prime ministers and top government officials of the world's leading nations do it? Here's your chance to ask them.

GovInsider would like to invite civil servants to submit questions for leading public sector innovators on the morning panel at Innovation Labs World on 26 September in Singapore.

The highly-anticipated panel will include Senior Minister of State Dr Janil Puthucheary, Minister in charge of GovTech, Singapore; Pedro Conceição, Director of Strategic Policy, Bureau for Policy and Programme Support at the United Nations Development Programme; Taavi Rõivas, Prime Minister of Estonia from 2014 - 2016; and Maria Robertson, Deputy Chief Executive of Service Delivery and Operations, New Zealand.

Puthucheary heads the Smart Nation and Digital Government Office within the Prime Minister’s office. Conceição helps countries pursue integrated approaches to sustainable development and develop relevant policies and guidance to meet the SDGs.

Rõivas, on the other hand, played a key role in launching Estonia’s e-Residency programme, which allows anyone in the world to register as an Estonian citizen and enjoy the country’s advanced digital services.

Roberston leads the unit for predictive services and digital identity in New Zealand, and is working on introducing artificial intelligence into digital services.

Our esteemed panel will share lessons on delivering services and drafting policies for innovative societies and emerging economies alike. The GovInsider editorial team will select the best questions for our panelists to address during an exclusive Q&A session.
