Innovation Labs World to host dedicated public safety stream

Event takes place on 26 September at the Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Innovation Labs World, a global summit for public sector officials, will host a dedicated public safety stream for civil servants to learn from cutting-edge government units.
The event will take place on 26 September at the Suntec Convention Centre in Singapore, and is free for all in public service.
There will be topics covering the use of biometrics, how predictive policing works, and the vision for robots to replace guards in prisons. Attendees can also visit startup booths offering solutions to government agencies.
The startups are under Accreditation@IMDA, a unique scheme by the Singapore Government to encourage government procurement from small firms.
