Taiwan Digital Minister confirms for data & AI summit

By GovInsider

Join us on 18 July at the National Gallery Singapore for data and AI-driven ways to improve public services.

Audrey Tang, the Digital Minister of Taiwan, will virtually present at the upcoming GovInsider Data Governance & AI summit.

Tang champions co-creation and collaboration with citizens. Her office, the Public Digital Innovation Space or PDIS, uses Artificial Intelligence to power constructive and rational online conversations on issues that affect communities. She is also passionate about social innovation, and using technology to build more equitable societies.

Tang will be able to share her experiences at improving services through ‘collaboration meetings’ with members of the public. After five such workshops, PDIS co-created the tax exporting system of 2018 with a satisfaction rate of 96%. “We have summarised this experience in the Government Digital Service Guidelines, to guide all ministries and municipalities to redesign services across the board,” she told GovInsider.

Join GovInsider and SAS, the data governance experts, at this half-day summit to showcase the best case studies from across the world. The summit is on 18th July at the National Gallery of Singapore.

Ask questions of experts flown in from across the world, and join industry practitioners to address your policy challenges with specific solutions. Speakers will also join us from Belgium and Singapore.
