Does your agency know its printing costs?

New report shows what contributes to document printing costs, so that agencies can measure and manage these costs.

If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it. Documents are a significant cost to organisations - with 1-3% of revenue spent on printing, according to Gartner. Fuji Xerox believes that this benchmark applies to government agencies as a percentage of their expenditures.

A new report by Fuji Xerox shows document printing as one of the most overlooked opportunities for organisations and agencies alike, to reduce cost and increase productivity - even as paper remains an essential part of organisation and government work.

Agencies can better track costs of printing using analytics. They can understand who is printing what and why. "The minute you can measure how much you are spending, you can manage the costs”, says Tan Yew Luan, General Manager, Fuji Xerox Global Services.

It also addresses the security aspect of printing, one of which is to limit who prints what and where they print. To download the full report, please fill in the below form. [download_form list_id="ce7bebf844"]
