How to collaborate without connecting to the world wide web

A collaboration tool that is secure.

How can officials collaborate without connecting to the internet? SharePoint is a portal that allows officials to share content and collaborate with colleagues.

The tool has helped officials get quicker access to information leading to accelerated service development, a new whitepaper by Fuji Xerox says.

It can work on the internal government network without using the public internet which will not be affected by the new policy.

There is also a layer of defence against malware that exploit vulnerabilities in the SMB protocol, simply because Sharepoint does not depend on SMB for information exchange.

SharePoint is already being used in agencies and Fuji Xerox has been involved in multiple projects, implementing and customizing it for the public sector.
