Dubai Future Foundation COO to share lessons at UN conference

Noah Raford will discuss future governments at this disruptive tech summit.

The chief operations officer of the Dubai Future Foundation, Noah Raford, will be speaking on 28 September at the 2017 International Conference on Disruptive Technologies and the Public Service.


This event, organised by the United Nations Development Programme and its partners, hopes to encourage greater innovation among governments.


Raford will be part of a panel discussing how the governments can to adapt to achieve the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. During his career, Raford has helped to establish Dubai’s national foresight unit, the Dubai Future Foundation, and the Museum of the Future.


He plays a key role in identifying emerging opportunities and building partnerships for the Government of Dubai. Public officials and development practitioners from all over the world will gather in Singapore on 28-29 September to share their experiences and insights. Speaking at the event are:
