Presentation: Paradigm Shift: The Power of Co-Design to drive Sustainable, Systemic Change

This presentation unpacks a high-impact case study detailing our experience co-creating a hospital-to-home caregiving programme. We shifted our approach by empowering caregivers as co-designers, rather than passive recipients. Adopting a systemic approach, we also embedded these technology and digital solutions within a family-inclusive framework to create a sustainable model that supports Singapore’s vision of ageing in place.
