It has cut invoice processing times from hours to just minutes, according to a whitepaper by Microsoft. It has also deepened its understanding of taxpayers’ needs, launching multiple services that are easier to access.
The agency’s digital transformation involved ditching data centres for more flexible cloud infrastructure, and better use of data analytics tools.
