Singapore has been tasked with creating a “national operating system for 100 million smart objects”.

These could be sensors in driverless cars, on electricity grids, in people’s homes and in their mobile devices. How can the country ensure that all of these are secure?

A report by IBM covers key areas that officials should know as they build a sensor network:

  • How can you design for security and privacy
  • What agile delivery has to do with IoT security
  • How can you test devices for weaknesses
  • How do analytics can help secure sensors
