Switzerland to keynote GovInsider’s data and trust summit

The Swiss Government will share its lessons with Singapore at the Gemalto Evolution 2018 event on 12 April.

The Swiss Government will give the keynote speech at GovInsider’s data and trust summit on 12 April.

Senior Cyber Security Expert from the Federal Office of Civil Protection, Giorgio Ravioli, will share the country’s approach to cyber resilience and data protection at the Gemalto Evolution 2018 event.

Ravioli has led the development of Switzerland’s cyber resilience strategy. He will share case studies from critical information infrastructure sectors, including finance, healthcare and public safety, discussing how the Swiss Government takes a targeted approach for each of the industries.

Also speaking at the event is Sabrina Luk, Assistant Professor (Public Policy and Global Affairs) at the Nanyang Technological University. She will share lessons from China’s use of data and e-payments, and its implications on trust.

The event will discuss the future of data and critical information protection in Singapore, the impact of the new cybersecurity bill and the successes that country has had. It is organised by GovInsider, in partnership with Gemalto, a leading digital security and data protection company.
