Singapore today announced Budget 2016 with a total of SG$33.9 billion (US$24.7 billion) for healthcare, education and transport.

Health has gotten the biggest increase since 2006, increasing six times. “This will rise further”, Finance Minister Heng Swee Keat said, as the number of Singaporeans aged 65 and above doubles by 2030.
