Singapore National Library Board Deputy CIO joins GovInsider Live

We are thrilled to share that Ramachandran Narayanan, Deputy Chief Information Officer at Singapore’s National Library Board (NLB), has confirmed his participation as speaker at GovInsider Live, our flagship govtech summit.

The summit takes place on 16 October at the United Nations Headquarters in Bangkok. It will host 1,000 senior officials from across ASEAN including GCIOs, Ministers, Permanent Secretaries and startups.

Narayanan has close to 20 years of experience in the Technology & Digital Services team. He played a pivotal role in implementing automation projects, and creating digital applications to enable easy access to NLB’s vast collection of digital content.
