Government as Catalyst for Technology Disruption

How can government lead in tech disruption? Jacqueline Poh, Managing Director of the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, will share why and how she thinks public sector should do this, at Innovation Labs World.

This comes at a crucial time for government technology in Singapore. Next month, IDA will be restructured officially to form the new GovTech Agency, charting the way for technology across Singapore government.

Poh will be Chief Executive of the GovTech Agency. Prior to IDA, she has served in the Ministry of Defence, the Prime Minister’s Office, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Manpower.
