Presentation highlights Indonesia’s efforts to strengthen TVET institutions and enhance educator excellence. It will cover key strategies to improve governance, upgrade educator training, and build effective public–private partnerships that meet industry needs within the context of Indonesia.
Collaborative Insights from Vietnam, the Philippines, and Indonesia
Panel discussion following presentations by:
• Indonesia: Polytechnic of State Finance STAN (PKN STAN)
• Philippines: Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
• Vietnam: Directorate of Vocational Training (DVET).
Representatives from each country would provide perspectives on TVET, including bridging the skills gap, industry-led curriculum development, enhancing employability, transferring resources and knowledge, and aligning policy and governance of their respective countries.

Institutional Capacity Building for the TVET Sector
A sharing session by Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL), under MARA, Malaysia’s leading entrepreneurial technical university, will highlight efforts to strengthen TVET institutions and enhance educator excellence. It will cover key strategies to improve governance, upgrade educator training, and build effective public–private partnerships that meet industry needs. The session ends with an open discussion for participants to share ideas on building resilient, high-performing vocational institutions that improve employability and support sustainable growth.
Curriculum Design, Certification Pathways, and Career Readiness
This session will provide insight into ACCA’s commitment to strengthening the national TVET ecosystem. CiFLE is designed for students in Vocational Colleges and Technical Institutes nationwide. This certification equips future TVET talent with essential financial literacy and entrepreneurial capabilities, embedding these critical competencies early. This supports the nation’s ambition to produce industry-ready graduates and cultivates a pipeline of resilient, future-focused professionals who can excel in a progressive environment.
