Festival of Innovation Awards 2025

We are excited to share news of the Festival of Innovation Awards 2025, where we will acknowledge and celebrate the outstanding efforts and contributions of individuals and organizations in advancing innovation and digital transformation within the public sector of Asia Pacific.

 

Winners will be announced during Festival of Innovation on 26th March 2025.

 

Individual Award Category

 

1. Dare to Do Award – This award recognises officers and teams who have challenged the status quo, overcome failure and persevered in their quest to deliver their services/products/ processes.
    
2. Innovator of The Year Award – This award recognises an officer or team who have driven innovation in their work or advocated for innovative practices in the workplace. 
    
3. Digital Leader of The Year Award – This award recognises a leader who has led and grown their teams or agency in digitalisation to deliver better services and outcomes. 
    
4. The Rising Digital Star Award – This award recognises young public service officers below 35 years old who have advocated for digital innovation in their organisations and brought about positive change.

 

Whole-of-Government (WOG) Award Category

 

1. The Inter-Agency Award - This award recognises exemplary inter-agency initiatives that reflect a sustained and institutionalised approach to collaboration. 
    
2. The Agility Award – This award recognises initiatives developed and implemented in respond to unexpected challenges and needs in a fast-changing operating landscape.
    
3. The Digital Society Award – This award recognises digital initiatives that have delivered ease of service for citizens or businesses. 
    
4. The Digital Government Award – This award recognises digital initiatives that have delivered more efficiency and productivity in internal processes.
    
5. The Digital Economy Award – This award recognises initiatives that have helped built a more vibrant digital economy landscape in the country.
    
6. The Moonshot Award (New!) - This award recognises the agency which has achieved outsized goals through innovative, creative, and agile approaches, going above and beyond what is expected of them.
    
7. Transformative Agency of The Year Award – This award recognises the agency which has transformed itself to meet future challenges brought about by the evolving digital landscape. 
    
8. Digital Agency of The Year Award – This award recognises the agency which has brought about the most impactful change towards realising the country's digital objectives.
    
9. AI-Ready Award (New!) – This award recognises the agency which has initiated or implementing pioneering initiatives to equip its teams with the AI mindsets, skillsets, and toolsets to tap on today's advances in AI to the fullest.

• These awards are only open to public sector agencies.  
• Nominations must reflect projects/ initiatives or work done in the period March 2024 to March 2025. 
• Multiple nominations within and across categories are allowed.  
• Nominations closes on 8th March 2025 at 12.00pm.
