Championing the Teams Transforming Singapore Healthcare

We are excited to announce the 2nd Edition of the Singapore Healthcare Transformation & Workforce Excellence Awards: Championing the Teams Transforming Singapore Healthcare organised in partnership with HSEU, to recognise and celebrate the outstanding individuals, teams and public healthcare institutions driving innovation, workforce transformation and meaningful change across Singapore’s healthcare sector.

Building on the success of the inaugural awards, the 2nd Edition will celebrate healthcare professionals, teams and institutions that are shaping the future of Singapore’s healthcare system through transformative leadership, digital health innovation, responsible AI adoption, data-driven transformation, cross-agency collaboration, next-generation healthcare facilities and workforce development.

Winners will be revealed at GovInsider Live: Healthcare Day 2026 on 15 September 2026 in Singapore.

Individual Awards

1. Healthcare Transformation Leader of the Year Award

Recognising a senior healthcare executive or clinical leader who has driven meaningful transformation across healthcare delivery, operations or workforce through innovation, digital transformation, AI, data or organisational change.

2. Digital Health and Workforce Innovator of the Year Award

Recognising an individual who has championed the adoption of digital health solutions, including AI, automation, telehealth, remote care and data-enabled technologies, to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

3. HSEU Workforce Champion Award

Recognising an individual who has made outstanding contributions to healthcare workforce transformation through skills development, career growth, workplace wellbeing and working lives of healthcare workers.

Agency Awards

1. AI-Driven Healthcare Innovation Award

Recognising a healthcare team or institution that has successfully applied AI to enhance clinical outcomes, improve operational efficiency, support decision-making and strengthen workforce productivity through responsible AI adoption.

2. Data-Driven Transformation Award

Recognising a healthcare team or institution that has harnessed data, analytics and digital platforms to improve patient care, healthcare planning, operational efficiency and decision-making.

3. Cross-Agency Healthcare Collaboration Award

Recognising outstanding collaboration between government agencies and healthcare organisations that have strengthened care coordination, improved patient experiences and transformed healthcare delivery through innovation and integrated approaches.

4. Next-Generation Healthcare Facility Award

Recognising a healthcare facility that has leveraged smart technologies, digital infrastructure, automation and intelligent systems to create more efficient, sustainable and patient-centred care environments.

5. HSEU Workforce Impact Award

Recognising a public healthcare institution that has delivered impactful workforce transformation through job redesign, skills development, productivity improvements, staff engagement and sustainable workforce initiatives.

Eligibility and Submission Guidelines

These awards are open exclusively to Singapore’s public healthcare sector and government agencies.

All nominations must be submitted by 2nd September 2026.

Nominations must highlight projects, initiatives or work carried out between [October 2025 – September 2026].

Multiple nominations are allowed, both within and across categories.

Nominations should clearly demonstrate the impact, outcomes and significance of the individual, team, project or initiative.

Submissions may include supporting evidence such as measurable outcomes, testimonials, case studies or other relevant documentation.
For the inaugural HSEU Awards 2026, nominations for the HSEU Workforce Impact Award and HSEU Workforce Champion Award are not restricted to projects or initiatives undertaken within the award assessment period. This exception is intended to recognise the full spectrum of workforce transformation efforts delivered through CTCs within the healthcare sector. Nominations moving forward will be assessed based on achievements within the specified assessment year.
