Chief of HealthHub, the country’s one-stop platform for health services, to discuss citizen-centric services.

The Health Promotion Board (HPB), Singapore’s agency in promoting healthy lifestyles, will speak about designing citizen-centric services at Innovation Labs World on 25 September.

Ho Juan San, the Chief of HealthHub, HPB, will share his insights on how the platform creates more seamless experiences for citizens to learn about and improve their health, and to access healthcare resources in Singapore.

HealthHub is Singapore’s first one-stop online health information and services portal and mobile application. An initiative by the Ministry of Health and Health Promotion Board, and supported by Integrated Health Information Systems and public healthcare institutions, HealthHub leverages on technology to provide Singaporeans with easy access to reliable health-related content, key medical records, and e-services.

This initiative aims to increase health literacy, boost healthy living, encourage the adoption of healthy habits and to nudge Singaporeans to take greater ownership of their own health and wellness.

“As technology improves our ability to use AI and big data to match health records to your lifestyle needs, over time, we roll out more of these functionalities,” said Zee Yoong Kang, CEO of HPB, who was keynote speaker in the Moments of Life stream at Innovation Labs World 2017.

Ho will speak in the Citizen Centric Services focus group of Innovation Labs World, where he will be joined by Dr. Sak Segkhoonthod, CEO of Thailand’s Digital Government Development Agency.

Innovation Labs World has been endorsed by three UN organisations and Thailand’s major digital agencies. Join us at ASEAN’s most exciting government innovation festival - registration is complimentary for public sector.
