GovInsider opens call for nomination for young public sector officials!

GovInsider’s inaugural Young & Official report will feature over 35 public sector officials aged 35 and under, whose work is reshaping public service around the world – nominate yourself or a young public servant you know!

The first edition of 'Young & Official: Spotlighting Public Sector Officials under 35' will feature public sector officials aged 35 and below who are involved in designing solutions, conducting projects, or/and championing initiatives that positively impact the public sector.
Change doesn’t just happen at the highest levels of government. It begins in the day-to-day work of advocating users, piloting innovations, and championing ideas upwards.
An up-and-coming generation of civil servants are driving public sector transformation by bringing in fresh perspectives and boldly reimagining established percepts.
Across government agencies, young public servants are championing solutions that improve accessibility, advancing social equity initiatives, and leading diversity efforts that ensure government truly reflects the people it serves.
Their work is fundamentally reshaping how citizens experience public service.
This is our chance to celebrate the human force behind better governance, and to inspire others to join this vital work.

GovInsider has always celebrated public sector innovation, and in keeping with our commitment, we want to celebrate emerging leaders who are transforming the sector, often without the spotlight that comes with senior leadership positions.
The first edition of Young & Official: Spotlighting Public Sector Officials under 35 features public sector officials aged 35 and below - at any level, role, or function - who are involved in designing solutions, conducting projects, or/and championing initiatives that positively impact the public sector.
We are opening nominations to be featured in our report from now until May 29, 2026.
Beyond recognition, this report signals to the next generation that the public sector is a vibrant, high-impact space where they can actively shape the future of governance.
