At MCI, Minister Puthucheary oversees the ministry’s digital inclusion initiatives, which includes reducing barriers to tech for the elderly and providing personalised services for citizens across society. He is also the Minister in charge of the Government Technology Agency.
A key focus this year is “designing our approach for inclusion, right from the get-go”, Minister Puthucheary said in an exclusive interview with GovInsider. Smart Nation initiatives must be designed in such a way that “we can anticipate everybody getting involved.”
