GovTech Singapore’s STACK conference 2026 expands from its developer roots to the entire tech ecosystem

What’s happening?

Singapore’s largest government-led technology conference is back!

Themed 'Advancing Tech for Public Good,’ STACK is GovTech Singapore’s biennial conference.

The main conference will be happening over two days in November, alongside an additional one-day pre-conference workshops.

STACK Conference 2026 convenes tech professionals from both the public and private sectors in Singapore and around the world to explore how emerging technologies are transforming digital government and improving lives.

Reflecting its evolution and expansion beyond developers, this year’s STACK is focused on the entire technology ecosystem – from chief information officers (CIOs), software developers, to designers, cybersecurity specialists, project managers.

Participants can expect to be engaged through keynotes, panels, talks and technical workshops, and to exchange ideas and explore practical solutions.

This year, STACK will also launch its inaugural STACK Expo, where GovTech Singapore, technology partners and vendors will showcase the latest innovations through interactive demonstrations, product showcases and networking opportunities.

When is it?

The event is happening from November 3 to 5, 2026, at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Singapore.

November 3 – Pre-conference technical workshops
Hands-on, interactive sessions to deepen technical knowledge skills and knowledge.

November 4 to 5 – Main conference
Keynotes, in-depth case study presentations, panel discussions and lightning talks.

Conference registration is S$600, with early bird pricing of S$400 available until September 30, 2026. Technical workshop passes are available as an add-on at S$200. Prices exclude GST.

4. The future of cloud - next-generation commercial cloud infrastructure that bakes in governance and automates compliance to reduce regulatory overhead and secure the foundation for responsible AI
5. Designing for all - designing for diverse needs while strengthening AI safety, cybersecurity, and digital literacy.
