The City of West Torrens in South Australia has boosted staff productivity by scrapping old processes and using digital systems.
“We have achieved efficiency and productivity improvements by replacing paper-based work practices with online services,” the council says in a new report.
The city built a system that allows staff across departments to work better with each other. The city also replaced its paper forms with digital ones.
