The session will discuss how Microsoft Treasury cut its infrastructure costs by 20% by moving apps to the cloud. The treasury function manages over US$100 billion of assets for the company and US$300 billion of cash movement annually.

The treasury function now has a clearer understanding of its tech costs. It has also reduced its infrastructure footprint by 61% by reducing the number of servers it must manage.
