Customer experience is at the heart of a pioneering model led by the Abu Dhabi government.
Launched in 2022, the Abu Dhabi Program for Effortless Customer Experience aims to enable a government-wide effortless customer experience.
The successful pilot phase involving three government entities saw streamlined customer journeys by almost 50 per cent on average, enabling quicker completion times with fewer touchpoints.
