A government release said that under Goh’s leadership, the Auditor-General's Office (AGO) harnessed the use of data and technology to strengthen the quality of audit, and further enhanced collaboration with public sector agencies to strengthen financial governance.

Goh introduced initiatives around professional development for current AGO auditors, as well as talent attraction and retention, initiatives that were aligned to the AGO 2030 transformation plan.

“AGO launched a Masters Scholarship for its auditors and set in place secondments and exchanges with public and private organisations. A Strategic Workforce Plan was also implemented to ensure that AGO stays relevant and prepared for the future,” the release stated.
