The enhanced HealthHub app will unify the three cluster apps, and is available for use this November, says the national healthtech agency Synapxe.

From this November, Singapore residents can start using a single mobile app to manage all their healthcare needs, without having to juggle multiple platforms across different healthcare providers.
Singapore's public healthcare landscape is organised into three clusters, namely the NHG Health, National University Health System (NUHS) and SingHealth.
Each historically runs its own patient-facing app, but this is set to change with the enhanced HealthHub mobile app.
The transition currently only includes public healthcare providers.
Managed by Synapxe, HealthHub is the national digital healthcare platform that allows residents to view health information, perform transactions, and access their records.
This was announced at NHG Health’s 10th Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI) Innovate Conference 2026 on July 2.
In Synapxe’s official statement, it said that residents and healthcare professionals alike have asked for “a more simplified way to manage their healthcare digitally.”
The enhanced HealthHub app would unify the three different cluster apps, namely the NHG Health app, NUHS app and the SingHealth’s Health Buddy app.
The standalone cluster apps would have been onboarded HealthHub by this November, and be phased out completely from February 2027 onwards.
This would give users some runway to make the switch while both systems run in parallel.
“It’s about making healthcare easier to understand, easier to navigate and easier to participate in,” said Tan Kiat How, the Senior Minister of State for the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI), who announced the initiative at the event.
He added that the initiative doesn’t only make healthcare services more accessible, but empowers patients and caregivers alike to make better decisions and co-create healthcare alongside the professionals.
Synapxe would announce further details about the official launch date and new capabilities of the enhanced app at a later date.
