Temasek-backed Temus to get new CEO

Tech consulting veteran Lai Yee Ng replaces KC Yeoh, who returns to Temasek International.

Lai Yee Ng will take over as Temasek-backed Temus’ new Chief Executive Officer from the current incumbent, KC Yeoh, from July 1, 2024.
Yeoh returns to global investment company Temasek International, following his secondment in Temus.
Ng has over 25 years of business and tech consulting experience, focusing on diverse aspects of digital transformation.
She will move to Temus from IBM Consulting where she served as the Singapore Managing Partner and Country Leader for close to four years. In that role, she oversaw sales and delivery for local and multinational clients in offerings around cloud, data and artificial intelligence tech.
Prior to IBM, she was with Deloitte Consulting, leading client services for Asia-Pacific and the civil government sector for Southeast Asia. She also worked in Accenture, leading the company’s health and public services sector.
In all these roles, she specialised in the human services portfolio, supporting clients with their business transformation projects and managing large change initiatives across organisations.
Ng concurrently serves on the Advisory Committee for the School of Computing at Singapore Polytechnic (SP), and is a member of the TechSkills Accelerator program for ITE and Polytechnics Alliance (TIP Alliance).
She is also part of the ICT Sectorial Workgroup chaired by Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and SG Tech.
She has also served as a Board Director for the National Kidney Foundation and was a HR Committee Member for Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital. In 2018, she was also an independent consultant to the Singapore Shipping Association Council, helping with their strategic planning exercise.
