Dr. Sak Segkhoonthod will share his vision for Thailand 4.0 and how the country may become more innovation-driven.

Thailand’s digital government chief will be speaking at Innovation Labs World on 25 September 2018 in Singapore, GovInsider has announced.
Dr Sak Segkhoonthod leads the newly formed Digital Government Development Agency in the Prime Minister’s Office.

He will discuss the country’s agenda for digital transformation, and how DGA plans to fulfill its mission in leading the implementation of Thailand 4.0. The vision is to transform the Thai economy into an innovation-driven nation, with plans to use data analytics and artificial intelligence across government ministries.

Innovation Labs World 2018 is officially endorsed by the Info-communications Media Development Authority of Singapore and the United Nations. It will bring together key government innovators and decision-makers to discuss the future of governments, data, digital services, tax, healthcare, education, cybersecurity and public safety.

This year, we have two new streams: Service Design, which will share how governments can develop more human-centric services; and Skills and Productivity, to discuss how workforces may reskill and boost lifelong learning.

Registration is complimentary for the public sector.
