US Navy former commander to speak at Innovation Labs World

William Toti, Vice President of Defence for DXC Technology, US Public Sector, will discuss lessons from the US on public safety.

William Toti, Vice President of Defence for DXC Technology, US Public Sector, will be speaking at Innovation Labs World 2017 on 26 September in Singapore.


Toti is responsible for supporting several US Departments of Defence, such as the Defence Information Systems Agency, the Army, the Air Force, and Defence Agencies.


He has served for more than 26 years in the US Navy, including a tour as commanding officer of the nuclear attack submarine USS Indianapolis (SSN 697), and served for more than nine years in the Pentagon holding various roles.


Toti will be speaking at a focus group on public safety, which will also include Koh Tong Hai, Director of Transformation and Technology at the Singapore Prison Service.
