At a fireside chat session titled "Trustworthy Public Systems in an Age of Rapid Change" held during the GovTech4Impact World Congress 2026, former Taiwan's Digital Minister and advocate for digital democracy, Audrey Tang, talked about how governments digitalisation efforts must be anchored in social cohesion, democratic agency and transparency to achieve a more trustworthy public system.
