Estonia’s Director of Information Systems confirms as speaker at GovInsider Live

Mehis Sihvart, director of Estonia’s Centre of Registers and Information Systems (RIK), has been confirmed as a speaker at GovInsider Live, ASEAN’s best tech and innovation summit.

The Centre of Registers and Information Systems maintains over 200 digital registries that facilitate public services online This enforcement body ensures that data is held in the same format, isn’t duplicated, and can easily be shared amongst agencies.

The summit takes place on 16 October at the United Nations Headquarters in Bangkok. It will host 1,000 senior officials from across ASEAN including GCIOs, Ministers, Permanent Secretaries and startups.
