Synopsis
Theme: ‘No wrong door’ experience for government services
Singapore is said to be a nation built by design. Recognising that citizens see government as a single entity rather than separate agencies, the public sector has designed its digital services into one unified experience around the citizen’s life stages.
For public officers, mastering citizen experience (CX) is now essential for policy success and maintaining public trust.
While some agencies have had strong CX successes, the effort remains sporadic. This prevents the “No Wrong Door” ambition from scaling further, leading to fragmented user journeys and missed opportunities for whole-of-government (WOG) efficiency.
Expecting about 100 public officers in attendance, GovInsider’s inaugural GovCX day aims to tackle how the Singapore public sector can scale a CX-first culture. The half-day event includes keynotes, panels and case study presentations on how to do CX better in the public sector.
Key takeaways:
-
Gain strategic insights on moving CX from sporadic projects to a systemic discipline in implementing projects.
-
Network with private tech experts and public officers across various aspects of CX to scale service excellence across the entire public service.
-
Learn from real-world case studies and benchmarks on what’s worked (and what hasn’t) in scaling CX across agencies.
