Digital governments have reached a tipping point, according to the United Nations 2022 e-government survey. Propelled by Covid-19, digital governments expanded from siloed efforts towards whole-of-government and whole-of-society approaches in virtually all countries around the world. Digital solutions have become essential for the delivery of public services, but digital divides persist. 

What’s next for digital government in Southeast Asia? GovInsider Live ASEAN seeks the answer, bringing together high-level decision makers, policymakers, civil servants, and international and regional experts, for high-level panel sessions, roundtables, and workshops. Over three days, the conference will highlight successful case studies, work through key problems that digital governments continue to face, and discuss implementation plans.
