Malaysia Digital Transformation Awards - GovInsider Live MY.AI Day 2025

The Malaysia Digital Transformation Awards is presented by GovInsider to honour the outstanding efforts and contributions of public sector individuals and agencies in driving innovation and digital transformation. Each nominee has, in their own way, left a lasting mark in advancing Malaysia’s digital journey. These awards are part of a series of in-country recognitions across Southeast Asia.

Digital Society

1. Digital Inclusion Award – Recognising initiatives that ensure equitable access to digital services for all communities.

2. Citizen Services Award – Celebrating excellence in delivering seamless, user-centric public services. 

 

Digital Government

1. AI Initiative Award – Recognising impactful AI projects that enhance government efficiency and outcomes.

2. Digital Workforce Transformation Award – Honouring agencies empowering employees with digital skills and tools to thrive in the future workplace.

3. Digital Transformation Agency of the Year Award – Celebrating an agency that exemplifies bold, holistic digital transformation. 

 

Digital Economy

1. The Digital Economy Award – Recognising agencies driving innovation, competitiveness, and growth in the digital economy. 

 

Collaboration 

1. Agency Collaboration Award – Celebrating successful cross-agency partnerships that deliver greater value together. 

 

Eligibility and Submission Guidelines

1. These awards are open exclusively to Malaysia's public sector.

2. All nominations must be submitted by 5th November 2025.

3. Nominations must highlight projects, initiatives, or work carried out between December 2024 and September 2025.

4. Multiple nominations are allowed, both within and across categories.
