While robotics, artificial intelligence, the internet of things, cloud computing, blockchain, and cybersecurity are all part of Malaysia's digital progress there has been tremendous development in innovation and infrastructure within the Public Sector. This creates a strong need to prioritise the training for Public Sector to embrace the digital age. 

 

All ministries are motivated by this effort to prioritise the digital integration of information and the application of AI. This aligns with the goal of ensuring public service efficiency by employing cutting-edge techniques to expedite administrative procedures, enhance citizen satisfaction, and safeguard data. 

 

This conference will cover the current innovation public sector can adopt to improve citizen experience and drive the Digital Economy goals in line with the Malaysian Digital Economy Blueprint.
