Accelerating time-to-science by focusing on analysis and discoveries (AWS Public Sector Day Singapore)

Singapore General Hospital (SGH) and SingHealth have empowered researchers to perform their own analyses on a centrally secured and compliant cloud platform. By collaborating with AWS, SGH implemented an automated deployment pipeline that streamlines the scanning of container images and the deployment of private bioinformatics workflows on AWS HealthOmics. This approach enables researchers and collaborators to access and build upon existing workflows, allowing them to focus on analysis and discoveries rather than pipeline development and deployment, thereby accelerating their time-to-science.
