Bot-NUHS - The Generative AI Engine (AWS Public Sector Day Singapore)

BotNUHS is an in-house application developed by the Alexandra Hospital Data Science team. With guidance from AWS, the hospital successfully implemented an advanced Generative AI Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) design to enhance administrative productivity through an intuitive UI assistant. The application also includes customized use cases tailored to the healthcare context, such as patient feedback analytics, HR assistance, legal matters, and more.
