FOI2026 interview with GovStack's Puja Raghavan and Trinidad & Tobago's Nicole Greene on women in DPI

Digital public infrastructure is becoming one of the big conversations in government. But like a lot of tech conversations, it is still too often dominated by men.

In this Festival of Innovation conversation, Si Ying from GovInsider speaks with Nicole Greene and Puja Raghavan, two panellists from the Women in Digital Public Infrastructure panel, about why that needs to change.

DPI is not just a technical project. It shapes how people access services, build trust, and experience government.

We also talk about the Women in GovTech Challenge, a GovStack initiative bringing women together through training, mentorship, and community-building to help broaden who gets to design, lead, and shape digital government.

Because if digital public infrastructure is supposed to work for everyone, then more people need to be part of building it. Who do you think needs to be better represented in the DPI conversation?
